Home Offering Standards and quality

Langres

One of the SMAEPL's first initiatives was to apply for the "Parc d'Activités de référence" label – a hallmark of quality for business parks – for its three business parks. The label was awarded to the Langres Area Business Complex in July 2002.

To obtain this label, the complex had to comply with a detailed set of requirements corresponding to the criteria for listing:

  • Accessibility
  • Nature of the land
  • Land-use control
  • Integration of the complex's future activities into its environment
  • Quality of the landscaping: park entrances, access to plots, plant cover, street furniture, lighting
  • Broadband infrastructure
  • Energy mix
  • Optimal water treatment
  • Organised reception and structured commercial process

This label gives applicants an additional guarantee of the quality of the business parks being commercialised.

Facilities

The Langres Region Business Complex is organised around the town of Langres, which plays a key economic role by providing all of the initial facilities – utilities, housing and the employment basin – perfectly suited to the existing local economic fabric.

A sound, enduring foundation on which to set up a business, with the assurance of recruiting stable, qualified staff, especially in the logistics, plastics processing and wood industries.
